Bollywood actress Parineeti Chopra and AAP leader Raghav Chadha engaged, wedding dates revealed

Bollywood actress Parineeti Chopra and AAP leader Raghav Chadha got engaged in an intimate ceremony this May. 

The couple is set to tie the knot by the end of this year. They were earlier rumored to be getting married in Udaipur, Rajasthan as the 34-year-old actress was spotted scouting wedding venues in the area. The duo had already finalized the venue and were all set to host a lavish reception, revealed reports. According to the latest reports, Chopra and Chadha will not be hosting a party in Mumbai. 

Actress Uunchai, who is based in Mumbai, has reportedly agreed with her fiance to host a grand reception in Gurugram. 

Others also said that the decision was taken by Parineeti's parents Pawan Chopra-Reena Chopra and Raghav's parents Sunil Chadha-Alka Chadha together. Parineeti Chopra and Raghav Chadha will host a grand reception at The Leela Ambience Hotel Gurugram.

The now-engaged couple first sparked dating rumors in March after they were spotted outside a restaurant in Mumbai getting into the same car. Later that month, the AAP leader dodged a question regarding actress Hasee Toh Phasee when asked by a reporter.

In an interview, singer-actor Hardy Sandhu congratulated his co-star and politician Code Name: Tiranga and said he was glad it was 'finally happening'. They were spotted outside the Mumbai airport again in early April and did not respond to any questions regarding their wedding plans. Chopra and Chadha were also spotted at the IPL match between Punjab Kings and Mumbai Indians in Mohali.

On May 13, Parineeti Chopra and Raghav Chadha got engaged in an intimate ceremony at Kapurthala House in New Delhi. The ceremony was attended by A-list celebrities and politicians including Priyanka Chopra Jonas, P Chidambaram and Aditya Thackeray, among others. 

For the ceremony, Chopra wore a pastel peach dress designed by Manish Malhotra, while Chadha wore an ivory achkan designed by his uncle Pawan Sachdeva.
